Tailored Strategic Retention (TSR) is a program that retains Cyber and IT talent across the Total Force by offering separating (or recently separated) service members "white glove" transition support in exchange for continuing the mission part-time in the Reserve or Guard, allowing them to serve without putting their civilian careers on hold.
TSR is fully funded by the Department of War (DoW) Chief Information Officer (CIO) in coordination with U.S.Cyber Command and administered by Tenova LLC. There is absolutely no cost to the service member!
You may qualify if:
- You work (or worked) in cyber, IT, intel, or a cyber connected related field
- You’re separating soon (up to 24 months out) or you recently separated
- You’re already considering the Reserve or Guard or have already signed a Guard or Reserve contract
- You don’t want to lose momentum, purpose, or connection to the mission
