A military spouse of a 20-year active duty Airman, Lucy began her career as a recruiter in 2001. With over 20 years of experience, she has worked in global staffing markets directing account management, business development, client relationship management, and operations. She graduated from the University of Leeds, England with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Krista Hill-Kane is the Director of People and Culture responsible for Tenova's greatest asset: our team. She brings over 15 years of experience in Administrative Services, focusing on functional systems, leadership values, and workforce management. Passionate about foundational systems and processes for growth, she oversees the development and implementation of human resource strategies, systems, and employee engagement. Krista, an active duty Coast Guard spouse, possesses a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and Leadership.
Olivia Perez-Breland is the Director of Marketing and Communications, leveraging a unique blend of creative vision and military expertise to lead brand development and manage strategic communication channels. As a military spouse of two decades, she possesses a deep understanding of military life and the challenges of transition. Ganesh Panneer is the Chief Information Officer and is responsible for delivering innovative technical approaches and practical solutions to address business challenges and solve problems. Ganesh brings over 24 years of experience in leading the strategy, planning, architecture, and delivery of Health IT programs in large federal agencies, utilizing cloud platforms and emerging technologies. Ganesh is a SAFe Certified/Practitioner and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and Information Technology.
Amber Pitkin is the Director of Talent Acquisition and is responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts, developing talent acquisition strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. Her background spans 21 years of military service in the Air Force as a training and operations manager, program manager, and human resources professional with multiple Command and Staff positions. She has served in the private sector as an HR professional holding various positions within the recruitment and staffing industry. She possesses a Master of Business Administration and is a certified Project Management Professional.
