Our Story: After 24 years of service, SGM (Ret.) Michael Quinn saw challenges in the military-to-civilian transition. In 2017, he launched Tenova/HireMilitary to bridge that gap. Tenova empowers transitioning service members, veterans, and military spouses to find fulfilling careers while helping organizations tap into the unmatched talent pool they represent.
