What is SkillBridge/CSP?
The DoD SkillBridge - Career Skills Program (CSP) is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during their last 180 days of service. With command authorization, separating service members can be granted up to 180 days of permissive duty to focus on full-time training with approved industry partners while receiving their full military pay and allowances.

DoD SkillBridge/CSP Internship eligibility:
- Complete at least 180 continuous days on active duty.
- Military service is categorized as “Honorable."
- Obtain approval from the unit commander.
- Begin Internship within 180 days of separation date.
